The rolling hills of West Feliciana Parish are unique to this part of Louisiana. Sandy-bottomed creeks wind through the lush countryside, and bird calls fill the air. John James Audubon painted many of Birds of Americas here, and today bikers and hikers find the Feliciana terrain ideal for recreation.

We celebrate it all, from arts to camellias; from hummingbirds to historical re-enactments. A great one to catch: "The annual Audubon Pilgrimage", which celebrates the 1820's when John James Audubon spent time here in the Felicianas.
